My complaint:
Was on Wishes website. Accidentally order a jacket. Immediately contacted Wish. They refunded one jacket. They charged me for three. I went through my bank. They sent Wish my issue. The bank refunded the 150.00. Since Wish did not respond to the bank, the 150.00 was charged to my bank account. The both times this has happened It had me overdrawn twice.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money and overdraft fees. If the bank can't get my money returned. I will contact a attorney. Wish stole my money.
I ordered a tablet and it was sent to the wrong address and they said it was delivered so I could not get my money back.I went to Paypal and stop payment now they have lock me out say I made a charge back what ever that is.Good luck with Talking with someone all you get is a computer no live person.
