My complaint:
I ordered a flag, and it went past the final delivery time. I asked for my guarentee refund. I have a picture on my phone stating that I qualify for a refund. I have asked numerous times and customer service refuse to reimburse me. This has happened a numerous of times. And I want my refund.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money. They are the most con artists I have ever met.
I donated to winRed. Somehow my 25$ turned into a 90$ donation. Then that turned into *recurring* I am letting the next month go through. But I live on ssi and that is my grocery money. I will save up for the next $99. But please don’t take it out until I release it.
