My complaint:
I have purchased a smartphone from who is and I have been promised to provide the phone that I have purchased which was including 8GB RAM and 512GB ROM 48 MP rear camera 24 MP front camera and etc.
however the product that I have been delivered it’s not as it was described by the time of ordering
The smartphone that I have received it’s complete fake or duplicate so I wanted to return the product and get the refund but it seems they are not taking any e action
Please do the needful
