My complaint:

I’ve ordered a number of items from wish, not only am I not receiving my items, they took payment right away, the date I am too receive these items keep changing. I tried cancelling my orders only to be told it shipped and I can’t cancel, most of the items are still in China so not sure why I can’t cancel. No phone support offered, nothing to help. Payment should not be taken until items are shipped. Two items say delivery by 522, that date has come and gone and was not in my mail today. Unacceptable service

Suggested solution:

Full refunds for everything I ordered including shipping. I no longer want any of the items.
