My complaint:

Majority of my guaranteed arrival dates has changed until almost 2 weeks out why should I have to pay for shipping for guaranteed arrival and the dates changes without notice.

Suggested solution:

Return shipping cost and contact customers if it will be a date change. Pls have the seller's stop guaranteeing dates items will come and then change without notice or item never arrives
