My complaint:
I’ve tried contacting you lots of times to resolve this.ive still not received my thermostat that I ordered. You say it was delivered in July,but I’ve never received it.ive done everything you’ve asked me to do.contact royal mail, neighbours other delivery company’s. Nothing at all.
