Wish complaint: Not getting what I paid for

My complaint:

They keep sending my packages to different zip codes, and are having to look up every tracking number of packages that I am waiting for and packages that was sent to different zip codes, in which I believe is unfair, because. As I see it what good is that going to do. If they are going to keep sending my packages to different address . they have got my address on file all they would have to do is look up my name and they wold be able not only be able to see what was bought but also see what my address is. Then all they are going to do is only refund a portion of my mony

Suggested solution:

They should have already got their packages back, BECAUSE post office sent back to sender they all they would have to do is look up my address. Put a fresh address lable and send it back to me how hard as that, or if they don't want to do that give me a full refund asp. This is not right you wait about a month in a half then this happens then by the time you do their work to get all order numbers you have to wait about another month or so to get you money. Then if you STLL want tje merchandise you can still get it but will have to pay more and stll wait abot 2 month s to get it
