My complaint:
I placed an order on May 9th and several on April 24th. Of course I knew there would be a delay due to covid-19 , when it came to the days my orders were supposed to arrive it didn’t. Then wish pushed back my order, so I did the whole “didn’t receive my orders” but there’s an automated rob that just says bunch of things that doesn’t really answer your questions! I looked at where my orders could possibly still be? Is it even in the USA?? No!!! Most of them are still outside of the USA!!!! then I patiently waited again, nothing came and my orders are now pushed further!! I spent a lot of money and I need to get my money back!
Suggested solution:
By returning my money back for all my orders from April 24th and from May 9th!!
