My complaint:

To Wish Complaints Department and Complain.biz

Just before total lock down in South Africa, I ordered clothes and paid through Wish’s online service. The three parcels had never reached me.

On the South Africa (Post Office Track and Trace) side, I get the same message every time, namely: No tracking info is available for this item. You may try tracking service provided by the origin post.

On Wish Tracking site I get the message: No info about your package. We’ve checked all relevant couriers for South Africa.

Please let me know where are my parcels I paid for.
