Complaint: Non Performance – Failure to honour contractual obligations

My complaint:

I ordered three products back in February 2020, two of which were for a substantial quantity of (non disposable) face masks for my business.
Clearly the demand for such products escalated beyond expectations as the world pandemic took hold, and so I was not surprised to receive a message asking me to be patient as Covid situation was affecting logistics of placed orders … I checked back into my account a few times and always the message was the same … we are experiencing delays etc etc
Today I check in and after extensive querying it turns out that they are no longer interested in processing my order, despite all tracking data showing goods still remain in China and WISH informed me that the date for expecting a refund had passed … !!!
The clever clogs at WISH clearly understand that they are unlikely to be sued for non performance as the cost of such a process is infinitely far greater that the cheap and cheerful non CE approved products that they sell …
It is so very annoying to feel screwed over by them but there have been good deals and experiences in the past and I’m inclined to balance one against the other … however, I now notice that they are using clever pricing ‘tricks’ to sell their products. so in my view they are trading off a very dodgy level which will see the business implode.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Send me the products that I ordered - ( I still want the products ) and let me go about my business of 30 years reputation for honesty and transparency such as I fail to see in recent trading with WISH who hide from interpersonal correspondence, choosing formatted bots technology to avert direct customer interface.
Just send me the goods and we go our separate ways !!!
