My complaint:

I am trying to reach their customer support to find out where my purchase is. The site goes round and round and does not connect. Clicking on their track item goes to a 401 error and customer support doesn’t connect

Suggested solution:

I will soon be out of their 30days (already been stung with this on another item) and unable to get a refund though I would rather the product. tracking is WI000187250527SMT.
If the parcel is lost, find me another.
