My complaint:
I ordered 2 dresses and 2 petticoats from ish they say it was delivered on 14 September. I did not receive these items, I contacted customer support on several occasions during a conversation with the customer service they sated I had between 13th October and 14th November to claim refund, so I tried on the 14th of October to bee told it was to late for a refund, I have checked with neighbours and post office and courier service but nobody has received these items. Wish have said that I’m not entitled to refund. I also said to them if it was sappossed to be between the 13-14 October I would of acted on this before in total I am £62.00 out of pocket which I can’t afford at this time
Suggested solution:
They should double check things there end. If they can't find my items then they need to give me a full refund as I haven't received any of the items
