My complaint:

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THIS MORNING STATING THAT MY ORDER :

5fd9a2b65b9cfa82cce86f65 Shipping Address

Jasmin Beck 120 High St
Hunters Hill NSW 2110 Australia

had been received by Gladesville Post Office and that a courier was delivering it today.
Unfortunately I have misplaced the Tracking Number so I can’t get the information I need from Australia Post

Suggested solution:

PLEASE could you send me the the tracking number as the last order I placed with you was delivered but it was the wrong item, so obviously I am concerned that the order for the bronze clear sound bowl may also be incorrect
PLEASE can you assist me
