My complaint:
I made an order totalling over £40 I have only received 2 items.
I had a message that a parcel was on its way then another message that the parcel had been returned to sender.
The 2 parcels I received, the Royal Mail office phoned me up as the address label showed my mobile and landline number town and postcode. They needed to check house and road name
Suggested solution:
Send me my outstanding goods and an apology
