My complaint:
I order 6 track suits. Paid for in one transaction. When they arrived in several different packages from overseas I kind of thought what I was expected to see. On first sight obviously they were forgeries of the actual companies second the material was so delicate if the product did fit it would rip very easily and last the sizing is not according to US standards the tag which is only thing identifying the product is so small you can barely see it it reflects the size I picked 3x which is actually my size the pants could barely fit on one leg and I had no shot at the jacket I could not even try to get it on. I had my petite niece try it on who it fit well she is a size large. The product says 3x but is actually a large. After sending in over 50 pictures of the item and tags to numerous support staff if you can actually call them that and after 20 asks fir a live agent and that never happens I am going to start a civil complaint against them and I will be contacting the States attorneys against them I never in my life got so upset over a return process that I actually felt depressed that I was scammed by this company they make you do each individual garment and tag separately and it amounted to sending over 50 pictures I am so done with this
