Wish complaint: Non arrival of goods and unable to contact company by email

My complaint:

Goods ordered 5th December,shipped 13th December Wish say they arrived 11th December,this date is before they were shipped but wish is not responding.

Suggested solution:

Refund my payment and apologise for the hours I have wasted trying to contact them through email addresses they supplied which are not recognised
