My complaint:
On the 28th November, I placed a twin order of throw Pillor with these order numbers :- 5fc2cfc2dc5449d4b72cdc4f 5fc2c7f907e508be4d30f9de.
The timescale for delivery was given as between November 29th – 5th December. I got an email Wednesday 16th telling my order has been delivered, of which no order has been received as at the time of lodging this complaints. Why is your company lieing?
Suggested solution:
I want the order deliver immediately without further delay or get my money refund back into my account . This is completely outrageous and breach of contractual relationship and I am not happy.
