My complaint:
Hello,
I placed a few orders with you that have been either refunded, not received or have arrived contaminated. I received two packages with a Chinese mailing address. I now have minuscule small black bugs circling my kitchen. Secondly, a tent ordered has said to have been sent but I have not received it. I will not be ordering from you again.
Suggested solution:
Check your shippers for wrongdoing.
