My complaint:
I ordered 2 items on June 24th it is now August 17th and still no packages. Which the wish website said delivered on july15th. Still no packages. I contacted the usps to they were delivered and said they were and guess what no packages. Cops were called and so was the mail detective for the usps. When I tried to explain the situation to wish support all they did was argue with me like it wen in and out both ears. The customer support was extremely rude and refused any refund. I have had several issues with wish. Recieved 3 items that was defective and leaked. Recieved a pair of shoes that was to small which the size in the chart was falsifying.
Suggested solution:
Pay me for suffering and pain of having to message them constantly over items that are defective, missing packages, or false advertisement of size of the product as well as counterfeit items for vaping mods.
