Wish complaint: Incorrect tracking number

My complaint:

On August 3rd I purchased a PS4, on August 6th I received Notification that the package was shipped, I checked my order status on August 10th and it said that my package was delivered on August 5th.
My PS4 was never delivered to my house, so I wrote a message to Wish.com support and they repeated that it was delivered on August 5th, I then contacted FedEx and after a little digging they found that the tracking number was for someone else and a different address, I again contacted Wish.com Support and informed them what FedEx relayed to me, but they are not responding to my messages and automatically resolving my issue without doing anything.

Suggested solution:

There are multiple options, 1) contact the merchant and find out if my product is actually being shopped and what its tracking number is, 2) give me the merchants contact info, so I can do their job for them, or 3) refund my money since I never got the package.
