My complaint:
I’ve ordered and paid for a number of items and now my account has disappeared want there is no sign of my order history and tracking it’s not the first time this has happened leading to me loosing a lot of money because items don’t turn up
Suggested solution:
Find my lost account or give me information how to track my lost account and paid for items by using tracking code or other accounts related to my phone number
