My complaint:

I have been waiting for a purse I ordered back in Feb your company took the money out of my account March 07, I have yet to receive the purse or heard anything from your company. I would like to either have the purse or have my money deposited back into my bank account ASAP. I would appreciate someone contacting me, I’ve tried to call and there is no service this is my 3rd try typing your company. If you can’t resolve this issue send my money. My order number is **** . I hope this can be resolved in a speedy manner.

Suggested solution:

Either send my purse or re-deposit my money. Someone should be kind enough to let me know what is going on.
