My complaint:
I wish to return the item but do not know where to send it, the address on the parcel has if undeliverable return to Zuoqin Wish, PO Box 6014, CHULLORA NSW 1405 – this address does not exist.
Does someone know where to return it, to receive a refund?

I purchased four of these items and they do not do what thay are claimed to do. The seller claims they have no record of my purchase
I ordered from a different website, and the undeliverable address was also PO Box 6014, Chullora NSW 1405. I just sent the parcel today before I saw this post.
Unfortunately item received is rubbish quality not at all like the advertised item. Cannot find who or how to send back. Different site that I ordered from says they are in California and the return FOR UNDELIVERED Item on package is po box 6014 chullora NSW. Most dissatisfied 😒
I alsoreceived an item today from them which was not I ordered. Did you report it?
I have the similar issue too recently.
They all share the same PO Box number.
It seems this is international scams.
Report to the Fair Trading if the seller has ABN in Australia.
I guess I have been “had” also. Item received absolute rubbish material and could not find seller via Google or Facebook (where I saw item for sale).

I purchased a “Kneeling device” for gardening but all that arrived in the mail was a small piece of plastic “cloth” for holding tools. The company has my money ($42.47) but I don’t have the device that was advertised on Facebook.
I have sent back a jacket that I bought from you weeks ago and it was too small.

I just got a box with 5 items, ranging in size from XS to L, definitely not my size!!!! Have no recollection of ordering any of this. It also has return address as YSD box 6014, Chullora. The box also says it came from Hong Kong. It’s certainly a mystery. I’m just going to hang onto it for a while and see what happens!!
I too have received parcels twice from this company, I sent the first back to the return address last week at my own cost thinking that would be that… then another arrives today!! Both shipments filled with children’s ( or small person ) clothing. I don’t have children, but if I did I wouldn’t be dressing them in the types of clothes sent!
Me too, definitely not something I ordered or would even order,it’s a load of rubbish..Have even checked back through my order’s and I certainly do not have any records of this order…

I ordered a dress from Light in the box which arrived today. The fabric is a terrible quality, doesn’t look anything like the photo! (of course!) and that’s $330 of my money gone too!
Same situation – PO BOX at Chullora…. Now I don’t think it’s worth returning as no doubt it will go AWOL?! Pleased I stumbled across this page!

I ordered a watch off a website that i always get items from. I ordered a WATCH and guess what i received. 4 AA batteries. if they are a scammer, why waste the money and send the batteries & postage????? Dumb scammer. LOL.
I ordered 2 items and they do not do what they are meant to do. They should be removed from Instagram. I am really upset!!
Semi-scam site. They do deliver items- usually the wrong items – and accept no returns.

This company who operates under an address of P.O. ;Box 6014, Chullora NSW 1405 has a long standing history of ‘duping’ and ‘scamming’ customers. How they have been allowed to get away with it for so long defies logic. Surely there is an Australian ‘watchdog’ out there who is able to bring some accountability and justice to this otherwise blatantly dishonest “Chinese” business.

I have returned a pair of shoes that were wrong size via Australua post with full receipt on the 22/3/23 and 10 weeks later no reply or correction .

Hi, I received a box with 5 different size and colour jumpers to my work address on Friday. I have not ordered anything and have not used my work address for deliveries since Covid, as i work from home most days. Very concerned how they got my work address and mobile number. Wondering if this will come back and bite us in the butt when they look for payment. Only information i have is return address PO box 6014 Chullora.
Same thing with me! I got 2 deliveries of jumpers, some look used and very poor quality. I did not order anything and I have no idea where they came from except for YSD PO Box 6014 Chullora
Same for me – unordered rubbishy jumpers, labelled as ‘insulation mat’ on the ‘Australia Post’ declaration sticker. I sent the box back to Australia Post the first time but have received another one today, a week or so later, again at my work address and with my mobile number on the label. Do others suggest reporting it to ACCC or Scamwatch?
Yep one of my colleagues has just had her 3rd delivery in 2 weeks this one has dirty clothes and holes cut out of them and they stink.

This is a international scam and they will not refund nor honour their online policy. It needs to be reported to Fair Trade Australia as in the company Vincent CO LTD the sender of my item should have an ABN. I am investigating further.
I’ve received a pair of shoes for Vincent Co Ltd, but they are the wrong size.
If I could phone someone to get some assurance they are honourable business people and that they’d accept the return of the wrong shoes and send me the correct size I’d be satisified. But this above complaint makes me think I’m wasting my time, as well as my money now.
