My complaint:
I had an order in October, that was to be delivered in November. The tracking information clearly states Conflict in Santa Fe, Ca on November 5th while at the same time states Delivered at my address in Princeton, Tx on November 5th. And somewhere in there it said that I no longer live there and didn’t notify of address change. I am still here waiting at the Texas address and I did not receive any of the order at all. I have sent multiple messages to wish support and all I got at first was the automated support telling me it was delivered, every time. Then, I got no response from anywhere.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund, for sure. And for having to jump through extra hoops, if this does get resolved, I want some extra credit or something for my time and anguish.
