My complaint:
Ever since I made a fraud case against you guys I haven’t gotten any service. I have since withdrawn the claim as I realized that it wasn’t fraud at all but still my account remains inaccessible. When I try to log in I get a screen that says user name and password don’t match. There was a while where I got a screen asking for a copy of my I.D. so they could verify my identity. I complied with this request several times and the problem still exists. Please resolve this issue. I have a lot of things I’d like to buy.
Suggested solution:
Release the hold on my account so I can purchase things again.
