My complaint:

I ordered a massage bed end of December 2020 with a delivery date week commencing 25 February. But I have not received it. It’s not in my
Order history do I can not use customer service via Wish app. I sent them an email but the reply said use the app via order history. I replied to the email but it now states email not sent. Order details below.

Hi I ordered the below with a delivery estimate of 24th February but have not received it. I cannot follow shipping nor track via Wish app.

Please tell me when I can expect delivery.
