My complaint:
I’ve ordered a couples rings set from wish. The delivery date was set for 1st March 2021. Till today I’ve still not received it and sent countless emails to no answer. Eventually they responded and said the estimated delivery date is for 4 May 2021. Please keep in mind when I ordered this item nowhere was it stated anywhere of the 4th May. I’ve raised this with them as I’m unhappy and not about to wait that long for something so small.
I cannot cancel my order so I requested a refund as I don’t want the item anymore as I’m not about to wait another 2 months for it! They told me I must wait until 4th June and contact them then if I still did not receive this item. Can u believe I have to wait several months for something this small as I order it in January!!! I keep emailing them but they just ignoring my emails what brilliant customer service from them hey!
Suggested solution:
I want my refund that's all I don't care about the item anymore I just want my refunded and I'll delete my account.
