My complaint:
I bought two 1pcs Simulation Rose Lasts Forever Love Rose’s. I did not receive them. I went on the site and told the chat that I did not receive them. I cant find tracking information past destination airport usa.. I want the product I paid for. What is the point of paying and ordering something just to have it refunded and never recieve my items?
Suggested solution:
I want my items resent and not to be charged for the fact of I paid, waited and never received the item.
