My complaint:
I am EXTREMELY disappointed with wish. Not only did the orders take months and months to receive, the craftsmanship was very poor, often getting items broke or damaged, but the ultimate complaint is that I bought and ordered 2 items from wish that I NEVER received. When I went to customer support, I got a message saying the return policy states that is been too long to return. Problem is that I NEVER received any items to be returned.

Suggested solution:
All I want from wish are the items I BOUGHT and NEVER received.
Or
A full refund (including shipping,) for the items I NEVER received.
