My complaint:
I ordered on 117 was processed on my PayPal acct 119. They were Christmas masks as gifts. Have been unable to locate where the 4 items are. No help thru non existent customer service. 8 emails and one response with a firm letter. I have tried thru app to find out still no response. I now can’t access my order and get a code 404. The total run around

Refund 22.67 back to my PayPal account.
ASAP. The original date to receive was 1122 to 127. Nothing and no answers
