My complaint:
I ordered an item on Dec 5. It states it will arrive between Dec 21 and Jan 21. There is no mention of the item taking 6 weeks to arrive. Industry standards is within 10 business days. I will be moving and will not be here to obtain the package. They won’t allow for a cancellation. They don’t response appropriately in the chat app. I have request a phone call. I have requested how to do a return when the item arrives so the neighbor can return it. They do not answer any questions appropriately and lack transparency.
