My complaint:

Hi I have a account with you sami ali email address [email protected] I cannot place any orders or put my payment method on, when I try it says to go payment issue page and it asks for identification which ivr already sent,I have emailed several times about this bit no one has got back I’m really disappointed about this as I dont understand why it is saying this

Suggested solution:

I would like them to find out what is happening to my account so I can continue to use my wish account
