My complaint:

I have 23 items that I have not gotten yet that are late one of them can’t even find in the US postal service I get my tracking number it hasn’t showed up their customer support team sucks they don’t do nothing they don’t answer any questions as computer answers questions with the same answers don’t help at all and then I don’t want to fix problem

Suggested solution:

Get rid of her customer support first of all get real people that actually answer questions cuz they don't answer nothing and I'd like to know where my stuff's at or if I'm even getting it
