My complaint:

I ordered some boots back in November arrived just over 2 weeks later. They were not the size advertised so gave as Christmas gift to another friend with tiny feet. Reordered larger size on 251220 was advised would arrive by 12 January 21. Date keeps being moved everytime I check. I am aware in a pandemic but this was also the case in November with initial order. Theses were a gift for Christmas 2020. Absolutely appalling service no excuse for this length of delay. I have put this on Please despatch with immediate effect
