My complaint:

I place an order june 20, 2020 for 3 wigs and a set of purple pillows cases, the link said 5-10 days for delivery it was a June birthday present . When the order was placed it said delivery September 3. 2020. 3 months delivery. I immediately cancel and sent emails to resolve and tried calling the San Francisco office THATS A JOKE They kept sending me emails PLAYING around and frustrating me. I sent about 20 emails. They finally sent 1 wig A CETY CHEAP WIG NOTHING LIKE I ORDERED I ask for a label to send it back nothing. If I had known this and that it came from China and that the San Francisco number was a joke I NEVER WOULD OF ORDERED. I JUST WANT A REFUND AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND FOREIGN AFFAIRS. JOYCE LEE 925 895 1066
