My complaint:

The itmes I order is over 2 months late and the estimated time they will arrive was pushed to about August and September 1 to 2 months after the order this brakes their policy, I tried contacting customer service and that dosen’t help, I called their support number and its not in service.

Suggested solution:

They should give me a full refund for all orders that haven't arrived.
