My complaint:
I placed 2 orders from this company. The 2nd order I received within 2 weeks. I am STILL waiting for my 1st order that i placed at the end of May 2020. Everytime I check the date its further and further away. 1st date was in July now it is telling me August, but if I don’t recieve it by October to call. Completely unacceptable. How are you using Covid as the excuse when the 2nd order came through fine. Complete bullshit. I just want my money back. First time ordering and this is the last. NEVER AGAIN
Suggested solution:
Either send my damn products ASAP! Or give me a refund immediately. Easy enough!!
