My complaint:
Two previously ordered items are no longer showing up on the order history in their app. They’ve been there previously when checked upon. I have their route numbers or ID numbers as follows…6003789YQ, torch turbo compact thin lighter and…8000452YQ, flexible neck refillable butane lighter
Suggested solution:
