My complaint:
I ordered a cooling fans for my playstation 4 and ordered it hoping it would come on it’s due date since I payed extra for it to arrive on Sunday, June 29 of this year. Unfortunately it has not come STILL and it said if the package was late by that date I’d get my refund. I even have proof I’d get my refund, IF it was late. Now their saying it won’t arrive till July 29. WTF?!? so not only is it late, there wasn’t any point in paying extra. It’s not even letting me get my refund now. Whole things is bullshit!
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back. If I pay extra for it arrive then I expect it THAT DAY it supposed to be here. What's worse its not only that order it's three other orders so I'm either wasting my time and money using this app or I'm getting scammed. Either way I'm done using this app if its always going to deliver the things I order LATE!
