My complaint:
I received an item from wish on the 21st April. It was the incorrect item. I sent it back recorded delivery for a refund and now it is the 30th June and have not received the refund. When I go to complain I get sent to a bot that just says item is on way back to them. I have sent a couple of emails which they just reply to go to the website and check the status of the item. Going round in circles.
Suggested solution:
Just want a human being to speak to so that this can be resolved and my money refunded.
