The dilemma of my complaint is that your company fail to fulfill it’s obligation to ship the items that I order and paid for since June 11, 2020

Suggested solution:

This matter can be resolve one or two ways ,1st my refund can be return to me , 2nd you can ship my items right away in a timely fashion. This shipment was for by a credit card and you are responsible to send me either my refund or items
