My complaint:
I am the representative of miss.Julie Lang who has contacted me regarding the money taken from her account on 14th December 2020,she has shown me all the evidence of the £27.40 taken from her account,plus the correspondence between the both of you.
I’ve assured miss Lang that this will be resolved immediately as its been ongoing for some time now,thus making her very upset.Any further contact is to be through myself by email…janegreen7012@gmail.com.hopefully this will be resolved.

Suggested solution:
It would be great if they would refund my client the money taken from her account.she has sent numerous photos of proof to you but you do not respond to them.
This needs resolving immediately as it has caused a great deal of distress to my client
