My complaint:
I’m learning how to color and style hair. I wanted something cheap for now and so I ordered a curly iron which it got delivered and no complaint about that. I also ordered a blow dryer , 20 pc hair dye coloring kit and I have not received it yet. The app randomly said usps is the carrier and is waiting for the package.Since January 9th , 2021.I have not gotten any information about my package. I contacted costumer support and tried to cancel my items but it told me “I’m sorry but your package has been shipped”. How did it get shipped if usps is waiting for the packages.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve it by giving me my refund for both packages. Next time to deliver packages more quicker and share more package information.
