My complaint:
Since March 18th of 2021, I ordered multiple orders through wish, but I haven’t received anything that I ordered. They sent me notifications saying that my order was delivered but I don’t have anything that I ordered at all. They have taken well over $100.00 from my debit card and I was promised to be reimbursed for my expenses but it has not happened yet.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back from wish. I want every dollar that was taken from my card, I haven't received anything that I ordered and I have reported it to wish customer service too many times. I don't have any of my orders that I submitted, starting from March 18th of 2021. They advertised a money back guarantee and I feel like that is false advertising too.
