My complaint:

I ordered several items in August 2020 and I tried to call wish to resolve this problem and they never pick up. Until today (17th Jan 2021), nine of my items have arrived nor have I gotten a refunds for the hundred dollars that I have spent using this app.

Refund please. This is really unacceptable. You took away hundreds of dollars away and the items never arrived. It was for my birthday and this made me so disappointed as I had to spend extra money to get the same items I purchased on wish but in a store or online at a reliable website.

I’ve seen so many complaints similar to mine, why isn’t wish doing anything about it?
