My complaint:
Wish advertised a set of bang and olufsen headphones , it came from Uzbekistan and it was fake. There was a Chinese lady talking on the interface, the touch and slide function that BS.beoplay have built in obviously was not there , the packaging had holograms (signature of fake goods) , the charging usb cable for the headphones was of the lowest quality imaginable and will probably break after a few charges, the inside of the packaging which housed the headphones was dirty and had dust , there was no bang and olufsen instruction manual just a cheap small photocopy that someone printed . There was no bang and olufsen software.
Suggested solution:
Give me a set of original bang and olufsen headphones and refund my money for the crime.
