My complaint:
Last year in the month of July I bought three items but had to return two items as one was broken and the other one was ordered by mistake. Wish sent me a return voucher in order to return the items which I think went to a warehouse in the UK. I sent numerous emails to request my refund and each time a different person would reply to me. Finally sometime this year one from your Customer Support replied that they won,t be able to make a refund as I had run out of time. So Wish took both my items and my money.
Suggested solution:
I want either my returned items or my money which amounts to nearly £100.
