My complaint:
I shipped my item to a store in my city and as I was away for the collection time 15days, wish will no longer let me collect my paid item as I didn’t collect within that time even though I was away. The item is sitting in the shop I have spoken to the shop owner and they just keep it there
All I need to collect is a QR code, but wish will not give me a new one or refund my money
Suggested solution:
Refund my money or let me collect it
