My complaint:

I have order several items in April 16 which were supposed to arrived by begining of May. In June 25, I contacted the customer support as there was no update in the shipping status or location of the item. They offered me a refund for the shipping and advised if the items didn’t arrive by July 15th, I needed to contact back by July 30th to receive a full refund. As unfortunate I have not received the items, i contacted customer support again o July 23rd. Instead of providing me the promised refund now they told me the items are supposed to arrive by july 28 and if they dont arrive within 30 days of this date then I can contact back. The date windows dont match and I have been informed that after july 30 the return window will close and I will not longer be entitled to a refund. This is a horrible experience where they are playing with the dates so I am no longer entitled to request a refund for items never received. This proves to me how wish doesnt care at all. It’s a buy on your own risk type of App, If you are luck you will receive your items without major complication but if things go wrong be aware you will lose your money after waiting very long time.

I am very disappointed and not really sure I would ever buy in this App again after this.
