My complaint:
have emailed them 100 times get different agent each time with different excuses. Keep asking for order number but Wish has deleted that section from the history. But they keep asking same thing. One guy came up with a fake email , my email had been altered. I emailed the fake email and did not exist.It is only a small amount but for a 73 year old means a lot. I explained this to then but ignored. Ordered in April but keep changing delivery date latest is 30th September 2020 I hope. I am weary of the ignorance of being ignore even tried their CEO, I need closure as an getting weary
